New Salon Protocol Upon Opening, Please Read:
We are happy to announce that we are once again open! At this time, each independent stylist creates their own schedule and salon hours have changed.
We wanted you all to know that we are working very hard to make sure your visit back to Parlour 151 is a safe one. Our clients’ and stylists’ safety is our first priority. We want you to have peace of mind sitting in your chair, while also getting that cut and color you’ve been waiting for. To do this, we have a few guidelines our clients’ and stylists’ must abide by.
. No walk-ins
· Service by Appointment only
· Please plan your visit accordingly, no children or pets in the salon.
. Leave extra belongings (jackets and large bags) in your car or at home. We will not have a coat check at this time.
. Beverages are not permitted in salon at this time.
. Masks are to be worn at all times inside the salon. Face coverings must cover nose and mouth. No exceptions.
If you forget yours, you can purchase one for $5.
. We will not have a waiting area inside the salon at this time.
. When you arrive for your appointment, please arrive on time and text your stylist upon arrival to check in. We will call you back when your stylist is ready for you.
. You are welcome to wait in your car or outside.
. Please sanitize your hands before entering at our sanitizer stations at either entrance of the salon.
. We will be taking temperatures upon entry. It must be below 100.4 degrees to come in for your appointment.
. Must sign a wellness release form.
. Please do not handle the products. Your stylist will help you with product.
. If you think you’re exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, FLU, COLD or been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within a week prior to your appointment, please stay home and reschedule your appointment.
. If you have a cough or fever, we will not be able to take you and you will have to reschedule your appointment, no exceptions.
. We will require a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged with a day of cancellation. Please be aware that we have a waitlist and need proper notice in order to prepare and accommodate everyone.
. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will need to provide a Credit Card to rebook. No exceptions.
. “No shows” will be subject to cancellation charge.
. All rebooking of appointments will need to be done over the phone or by email.
. All transactions will be by credit card, check, or electronic payment. Cash can be used, however no change will be given.
